Chicken Soup and Angel Scribe
International author and pet columnist, Mary Ellen “Angel Scribe”, is pictured with four of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books (CSFTS) that hold six of her stories.

‘O Canada’ contains her startling miracle of a dream that led her and a friend to a dying man’s bedside.  He responded to their touch, shocking the twenty other people in his hospital room, and them, as he jolted awake from his coma to tell his family he loved them.

'Dreams & Premonitions’ contains Mary Ellen’s story of a dream she had after praying for help.  She was recovering from breast cancer and searching for tools and directions on how to heal.  Her story teaches us to pay attention to divine help as it offers hope.

Mary Ellen has two stories in ‘My Very Good Cat, Very Bad Cat’ book about a comical cat burglar and her hiss-terical possum house guest that where also featured in the Cottage Grove Sentinel! Her pet column has run for twleve years.

Published for this holiday season, ‘The Joy of Christmas’ holds two more of her stories. One story is about her making a phone call to a friend and awakening a purr-fect stranger on Christmas morning. The connection the two of them had was a miracle and assures us all of the “magic” of the holiday season.

The second story is how her family adjusted to having two members volunteering for the fire department as they made new Christmas traditions of joy.

“Check the CSFTS website and submit stories,’ encourages Mary Ellen. “They publish several books a year on Inspiration, Military, Teachers, Family, Pets, Miracles, College Life, Holiday Memories etc.  Their wonderful editors fix the grammar/spelling! It is a fun way to earn $200 and receive 10 books to gift loved ones.” www.chickensoup.com

Mary Ellen's Silver Persians swam their way into readers and viewer's hearts! They have appeared in International magazines and newspapers around the world. (France, England, Canada, China, Germany, USA, etc.)

Also, several National and International TV shows featured the swimming felines teaching pet-water-safety. And their furry faces appeared on a line of shirts.
